  • 1 skallotlaukur (approx. 30 g)

  • 10 g extra virgin ólífuolía
  • 320 g risotto grjón (e.g. Carnaroli, Arborio), 14-15 minutes cooking time (see tip)
  • 60 g hvítvín, þurrt
