  • 70 g onions, quartered
  • 10 g vegetable oil
    or sunflower oil
  • 100 g raw tiger prawns, peeled, deveined, cut in pieces (2 cm) (see tip)
  • 30 g fresh pineapple, peeled, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • ½ tsp rice wine
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
