  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves to taste

  • 250 g chicken breast fillet, skinless cut in 2 cm pieces (approx. 1 large breast fillet)
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 800 g water
  • 1 heaped tsp chicken stock paste, homemade
    or 1 chicken stock cube (for 0.5 l) crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 - 3 pinches ground black pepper to taste
  • 300 g dried pasta, long (e.g. spaghetti, linguine, bucatini)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • fresh parsley roughly chopped, for garnishing
