We are sorry to hear that you decided to end your Cookidoo® subscription. Withdrawal from a new subscription contract is only possible within the first 14 days of signing. Withdrawal from a subscription upgrade is only possible within the first 90 days of signing. To withdraw from your contract, please enter your contract details.

Contract Number

You can find the contract number in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't know your contract number, please log in to the Cookidoo® web page and navigate to the Account page. If you purchased your subscription via Apple or Google, please request your withdrawal in the respective App Store.
