  • 1 tsp ground allspice (optional)
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
  • 150 g water (optional)
  • 1 tbsp plain flour (optional)
  • 150 g capsicum, deseeded, cut into thin slices
