  • 80 g plant-based milk of choice
  • 3 tsp vanilla bean paste (see Tips)
  • 1 - 2 pinches salt
  • 80 g vegan butter (see Tips)

Chocolate biscuits

  • 110 g vegan butter (see Tips)
  • 110 g Rapadura sugar
  • 30 g rice malt syrup
  • 170 g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 60 g cacao powder
  • 60 g cornflour
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (see Tips)
  • 20 g filtered water, plus an extra 1 tablespoon if needed
  • 1 pinch salt
