Pizza base
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for greasing
- 120 g filtered water
- ½ tsp dried instant yeast
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp nigella seeds

- 40 g fresh basil, leaves only (approx. 8 large sprigs)
- 30 g pine nuts
- 30 g walnuts
- 30 g hemp seeds (see Tips)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 avocado, flesh only
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g extra virgin olive oil
Assembly
- 30 g broccoli, broken into small florets
- 4 - 5 marinated artichoke hearts, cut into halves
- 10 pitted green olives, cut into halves
- 1 spring onion/shallot, cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 6 slices vegan mozzarella (approx. 40 g - see Tips)
