  • ¾ tsp fine sea salt
  • 400 g sweet potatoes, cut in pieces (3-4 cm)
  • 140 g onions, quartered then layers separated
  • 2 carrots, sliced (1 cm)
  • 350 g macaroni pasta
  • ¼ tsp garlic granules
  • 2 - 3 pinches ground cayenne pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped, for serving
