  • 3 cm fresh root ginger peeled, cut in round slices (2 mm)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 spring onion trimmed and cut in halves
  • 2 sprigs fresh coriander stems and leaves
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
