  • 500 g daging domba muda giling
    or 500 g paha domba muda tanpa tulang, potong dadu (1 cm)
  • 40 g bubuk kari daging
  • 5 cabai merah besar, dibuang bijinya
  • 5 - 10 cabai kering, direndam hingga lunak
  • 3 batang serai, bagian putihnya saja
  • 2 tangkai daun kari segar
  • 80 g bawang merah
  • 10 g bawang putih
  • 30 g lengkuas
  • 10 g terasi
  • 1 sdm ketumbar bubuk
  • 50 g air
  • 40 g minyak sayur
  • 5 - 6 daun jeruk purut segar
  • 100 g santan
  • 50 g saus tomat
  • 50 g saus sambal
  • 20 g gula cokelat
  • 1 sdt garam, sesuai selera
  • 2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk

Topping Kentang

  • 800 g air
  • 700 - 800 g kentang, potong-potong (2 cm), kupas
  • ½ sdt garam laut halus (fine sea salt)
  • 1 sdt lada hitam bubuk
  • 50 g susu segar full cream
  • 50 g mentega tawar
  • 5 tangkai peterseli segar, untuk hiasan
