- 1 cabai merah panjang segar, buang bijinya jika diinginkan dan potong menjadi dua
- 60 g kacang tanah panggang asin (dengan minyak atau kering)
Saus wasabi
- 140 g susu sapi

- timun, (sekitar 200 g) dipotong menjadi kubus (sekitar 1 cm)
- 1 alpukat, potong-potong
- 200 g tuna segar, sashimi grade, potong dadu (kira-kira 1 cm - lihat Tips)
