  • 1 sjalot
  • 100 g bloem
  • 3 eieren
  • ½ tl bakpoeder
  • 60 g grove havervlokken
  • ½ tl gedroogde chilivlokken
  • 1 el currypoeder
  • 1 ½ tl zout
  • ¼ tl komijnzaad
  • olie om te bakken

Rabarber-anijs compote

  • 800 g rabarber, geschild, in stukken (2 cm)
  • 20 g anijsschnaps (bv. Pernod)
  • 50 g suiker
  • 40 g water
  • 2 tl maïzena (zetmeel)
