  • ½ sdt garam
  • ¼ sdt bubuk cabai
  • 15 g perasan sari lemon segar (sekitar ½ lemon)
  • 70 g keju Cheddar, potong dadu
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 85 g bawang bombai, dipotong bagi empat
  • 140 g paprika hijau, potong kecil-kecil
  • 140 g paprika merah, potong kecil-kecil
  • 30 g mentega tawar
  • 70 g back bacon, potong dadu
  • 110 g sosis sapi, diiris (1 cm)
  • 110 g sosis babi, diiris (1 cm)
  • 15 g tepung terigu
    or 15 g maizena, (sekitar 1 sdm)
  • 100 g kaldu ayam cair
    or 1 sdt pasta kaldu ayam, dicampur dengan 100 g air
  • 1 ½ sdt saus Worcestershire
  • saus cabai merah, sesuai selera (opsional)

  • 225 g krim encer (light cream), 25% lemak
