Ingredients

  • 400 g beras sushi
  • 900 g air
  • 1 sdt minyak kacang
  • 2 - 3 daun bawang, dipangkas ujungnya dan potong bagi empat
  • 2 wortel (210 g), potong bagi empat
  • 150 g tuna segar, sashimi grade atau salmon sashimi grade, potong dadu (2 cm)
  • 3 - 4 sdm mirin
  • ½ sdt minyak wijen
  • 1 sdm biji wijen putih atau biji wijen hitam
  • 1 alpukat, daging buah saja, potong dadu
  • 1 timun Lebanon (Lebanese cucumber), dikupas dan potong dadu
  • 15 udang matang kupas (sekitar 120 g)
  • 3 - 4 sdm kecap asin
  • 3 - 4 sdm cuka beras
  • 1 lembaran nori, potong strip tipis-tipis, untuk hiasan
  • pasta wasabi, untuk penyajian (opsional)
