Bakso udang

  • 100 g daging babi cincang
  • 150 g udang kupas segar
  • 30 g buah sarangan dalam air, dikupas
  • ¼ sdt garam
  • ¼ sdt lada putih bubuk
  • ½ sdt minyak wijen hitam, dipanggang
  • 1 sdt maizena

Sup

  • 1500 g air
  • 2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt lada putih bubuk
  • 1 sdm arak masak (Chinese rice wine/Shaoxing Hua Tiao)
  • 10 jamur shitake kering, direndam hingga lunak, batang dibuang
  • 300 g kol, potong kotak 4 cm
  • 50 g perut ikan kering, direndam hingga lunak, potong sepanjang 5 cm (lihat tips)
  • 1 tangkai ketumbar segar
