  • 300 g potatoes, cut into cubes (1 cm)
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • fresh dill, chopped to serve
  • fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped to serve
  • 60 g sour cream, to serve (optional)
