  • 40 g Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 100 g whole milk
  • 60 g olive oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 100 g pitted olives, 50 g whole, 50 g halved (see tip)
  • 5 g fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
  • 5 g fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, for sprinkling
