  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
  • 12 - 15 sausages of choice (2-3 per person)
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 20 - 40 g salted butter

  • 2 red onions (approx. 300 g), cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 60 g unsalted butter
