  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1 tsp honey

  • 100 g quinoa
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 450 g butternut squash diced (1 cm)
  • 100 g pak choi cut in lengths (2 cm wide)
  • oil for frying
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 spring onions thinly sliced
