  • 30 g orange juice
  • 1 orange sliced (5 mm)
  • 70 g pitted green olives

Basmati Rice

  • 100 g onions quartered
  • 150 g carrots cut in pieces
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1000 g water
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 300 g basmati rice
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 Tbsp flaked almonds toasted
