  • 100 g red peppers, thinly sliced then cut in pieces (3 cm)
  • 70 g celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock paste
    or 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
  • 900 g water
  • 350 g fresh edamame beans
    or 350 g frozen edamame beans, defrosted
  • 70 g dried pasta (e.g. amori or macaroni)
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
