  • 2 kale leaves, stalks removed and leaves torn into large pieces

  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 80 g tahini
  • ½ - 1 lemon, juice only, to taste
  • sea salt, to taste
  • black sesame seeds, to serve
