  • 4 sdm garam laut halus (fine sea salt)
  • air, untuk merendam sawi putih
  • 200 g lobak putih, potong korek api (4 cm x 3 mm)
    or wortel, potong korek api (4 cm x 3 mm)
  • 6 daun bawang (berkisar 100 g), potong korek api (4 cm x 3 mm)
  • 6 siung bawang putih
  • 2 sdt gula kastor
  • 20 g jahe segar, dikupas, iris bulat-bulat (2 mm)
  • 2 sdm terasi
  • 3 - 4 sdm sambal pasta Korea (gochujang), sesuai selera
