  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 40 g tomato paste
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper

Assembly

  • plain flour, to dust
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
