  • 2 ss korianderfrø
  • 1 ss spisskummenfrø
    or 1 ss karvefrø
  • ½ ts muskatnøtt, malt
  • 1 ts nellik
  • 1 ss kardemomme, malt
  • ½ ts kanel, malt
  • 1 laurbærblad, tørket

Kylling garam masala

  • 400 g hakkete tomater, på boks
  • 80 g rømme, 10% fett
  • 50 g smør
  • 1 ts sukker (optional)
  • ¾ ts salt, juster etter smak
  • 500 g kyllingbryst, uten skinn, delt i terninger (3 cm)
