- 1 pinch caster sugar

- 1 Tbsp milk

- groundnut oil, for greasing
Assembly

- 5 spring onions, 2 cut in 3 pieces, 3 sliced in thin batons (3 cm)

- 30 g sesame oil
- 300 - 400 g leftover roast lamb, chicken, pork or beef, cut in pieces
- ½ cucumber, sliced in thin batons (3 cm)
