Ingredients

  • 40 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces (3 cm)
  • 1 sprig fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves only
  • 500 g kangaroo mince
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
