  • 600 g peppers, deseeded, cut in strips (1 cm)
  • 30 g tomato purée
  • 100 g water
  • 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l), crumbled
    or 1 tsp vegetable stock paste, homemade
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 30 g crème fraîche
    or 30 g cream
  • 80 g salami, cut in strips (1 cm)
