  • 500 g skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into pieces (3-4 cm)
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 4 tbsp fresh coriander, leaves only
  • 140 g natural yoghurt

  • 120 g onion, cut into halves
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 300 g tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 250 g pouring (whipping) cream
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 200 g water
  • 300 g short dried pasta or tagliatelle pasta
  • 4 sprigs fresh coriander, leaves only, finely chopped, to garnish
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges, to garnish (optional)
