  • 150 g low protein flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 2 egg yolks (approx. 30g)

  • 300 g chicken drumsticks, skinless, boneless, cut in cubes (3 cm)

  • 300 g fresh prawn flesh, medium size, patted dry, flatten with knife, cut in small pieces
  • 1 tsp cornflour (starch)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 1 pinch fish roe (ebiko), to garnish
  • 500 g water
