- 160 g susu almond
- 120 g maizena
- 80 g tepung terigu serbaguna
- 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
- 1 sdt garam laut halus (fine sea salt)
- ¼ sdt lada hitam bubuk
Saus
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 10 g jahe segar, dikupas, iris bulat-bulat (2 mm)
- 60 g light brown sugar
- 60 g cuka beras
- 60 g sirop agave
- 30 - 50 g sambal pasta Korea (gochujang), sesuai selera
- 30 g ketchup tomat
- 20 g minyak wijen
- 20 g kecap hitam
Nasi dan Brokoli
- 1000 g air
- 1 ½ sdt garam laut
- 300 g beras putih bulir panjang
- 350 g kuntum brokoli (berkisar 1 bonggol)
Tahu
- minyak sayur, untuk menggoreng
- 400 g tahu padat, tekan selama 30 menit (lihat tips) lalu potong dadu (2 cm)
- biji wijen, untuk hiasan
- 2 daun bawang, diiris tipis (5 mm), untuk hiasan
