  • 40 g milk powder
  • 20 g vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 150 g single cream

Qatayef Dough

  • 400 g milk
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 100 g fine semolina (see tip)
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 30 g caster sugar
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Honey Syrup

  • 20 g lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
  • 50 g honey
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 100 g water

Serving

  • 10 g rapeseed oil
  • 2 Tbsp rose water
  • 2 Tbsp orange blossom water
