  • 1 avocado small (approx. 3 oz flesh)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • micro herbs to garnish
    or chopped cilantro to garnish
  • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    or 2 tbsp soy sauce
