Ingredients

  • 80 g kale, ribs removed and leaves cut into pieces
  • 80 g fresh silverbeet, ribs removed and leaves cut into pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 180 g brown onion, cut into quarters
  • 1 carrot, cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into pieces (approx. 3 cm)
  • 150 g leek (white and light green parts only), cut into slices
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 200 g sweet potato, cut in pieces (approx. 1.5 cm)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste (see Tips)
  • 500 g water
  • ¼ tsp salt, plus extra to taste
  • 20 g lemon juice, plus extra as needed
  • 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper, to taste
