- 1 fresh tomato (approx. 80 g), cut into quarters
- 1 tsp salt
- 800 g boneless lamb shoulder, cut into pieces (approx. 3-4 cm) (see Tips)
- 150 g coconut milk
- 250 g potatoes, cut into pieces (2 cm)
