  • 5 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves only (approx. 0.2 oz)

  • 2 oz red bell pepper, in pieces (¼ in.)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 jumbo eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning®
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground pepper, to taste
