  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40 g fresh basil leaves
  • 75 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Assembly

  • 50 g olives, black or green, cut in rings
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes, cut in slices
  • flour, for dusting
  • olives, to make eyes and mouth
