Ingredientes

Berry Dream

  • 5 oz sugar
  • 18 oz mixed frozen red berries
    ou 18 oz frozen fruit, any type
  • ½ - 1 oz lime juice, to taste (opcional)
    ou ½ - 1 oz lemon juice, to taste (opcional)
  • 2 egg whites, pasteurized (see Tip)
    ou 2 oz liquid egg whites, pasteurized (see Tip)
  • 3 ½ oz fresh mixed red berries, to garnish

Lemonade

  • 2 - 3 lemons, preferably organic, unpeeled, halved
  • 36 oz water, chilled, divided
  • 4 oz sugar, to taste
  • 10 ice cubes

Hummus

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans garbanzo beans (approx. 14 oz ea.), drained (see Tip)
  • 2 oz tahini
  • 1 oz olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika, to taste, plus extra to sprinkle
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste
  • 3 oz ice cubes
  • pine nuts, to garnish
  • cherry tomatoes on the vine, to garnish

Pizza Dough

  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to grease
  • 8 oz water, room temperature
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
    ou 2 tsp dried instant yeast
  • 14 oz bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 35 oz water

Creamy Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

  • 2 ½ oz yellow onions, quartered
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig fresh flat leaf parsley, leaves only (approx. 10 leaves)
  • 1 sprig fresh basil, leaves only, plus extra to garnish (approx. 10 leaves)
  • ¼ - ½ fresh chili, de-seeded if preferred (e.g. serrano), plus extra to serve
  • 3 ½ oz sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, lightly drained
  • 1 oz unsalted butter
  • 16 oz chicken breast fillets, skinless, in pieces (½ - ¾ in.)
  • 9 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 12 ½ oz water
  • 3 oz dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock paste (see Tip)
  • 9 oz penne pasta
