  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves, dried
  • 400 g bacon, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 300 g pork spare ribs, cut in individual ribs
  • 100 g white wine
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • 200 g chorizo, in one piece
  • 300 g kale, cut in thin strips (1 mm)
  • 350 g sweet potato, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 250 g pumpkin, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 200 g onions, cut in pieces
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 1 fresh red chilli, cut in slices
  • 200 g tomatoes, cut in pieces
  • 300 g canned butter beans, drained
  • red chilli sauce (gindungo), for seasoning
