  • 2 tsp dried instant yeast
    or 20 g fresh yeast, crumbled

  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
    or 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • plain flour for dusting and rolling
  • 300 g frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and well-drained
  • 4 eggs
