Cupcakes

• 125 g unsalted butter soft
• 100 g soft brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp golden syrup (30 g)
• 2 large eggs
• 200 g self-raising flour
• 150 g milk
• ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
• 100 g chocolate raisins
• 100 g chocolate peanuts

Peanut Butter Icing

• 220 g unsalted butter soft
• 260 g smooth peanut butter
• 120 g icing sugar
• ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
• 1 Tbsp dry-roasted peanuts, unsalted roughly chopped, for garnishing
• 10 g chocolate finely chopped, for decorating (opțional)
