- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 1 spring onion/shallot, trimmed and cut into thirds
- 1 sprig fresh coriander, leaves only
- 250 g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp white sugar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 5 slices white bread (thick slices)
