- 400 g zucchini (approx. 1½ zucchini), cut into pieces
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
Caramelised onion, ham, tomato and mozzarella
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes (3 cm)
- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 tbsp tomato paste
