Assembly
- 3 radishes, trimmed and cut into very thin slices

- 4 tsp pickled jalapeño chillies, cut into slices
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- olive oil, for frying
- 4 bread rolls, cut into halves horizontally
- 1 avocado, flesh only, cut into thin slices
