Ingredients
Chicken and potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 40 g olive oil
- 40 g lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
- 1 tsp ground sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 pinches ground black pepper

- 500 - 600 g chicken tenderloins (see Tips)
- 500 g hot water
- 400 - 500 g new baby potatoes, unpeeled and cut into quarters
- 100 g prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp pickled capers
Salad with buttermilk dressing
- 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
- 2 pickled gherkins (approx. 40 g), cut into halves
- 100 g mayonnaise (see Tips)
- 100 g buttermilk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 1 - 2 baby cos lettuce, trimmed and cut into wedges
- Parmesan cheese, shaved, to serve (optional)
