Ingredients

  • 850g Sardine, 2 x oval tin
  • 1 Onion, cut in halves
  • 6-8 Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Cooking oil
  • 2 Red chilli padi, halved
  • 2-3Tbsp of the Tomato Sauce from Sardine
  • 50g Water
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 Lemongrass, bottom bruised
  • Salt, adjust to taste
