Ingredients

  • 100 g bawang besar, potong 4
  • 4 ulas bawang putih
  • 1-4 batang chili padi
  • 3 daun ketumbar (akar, batang, daun asingkan)
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 6 helai daun limau purut
  • 30-45 g pes tomyam
  • 650 g air + 200 g cream (atau 450 g air + 400 g milk)
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes atau sebiji tomato potong 8
  • 1 heaped tsp chicken stock
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 250 g fettucine pasta
  • 200g ayam, potong 1 cm atau 150 g udang tanpa kulit + 100 g sotong, hiris 1 cm
  • 150 g shimeji mushroom
  • fresh parsley atau daun ketumbar for garnish
