Rainbow Cake

Cake Layers

• 300 g sugar
• 395 g unsalted butter, room temperature, in pieces
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract, natural
• 6 large eggs
• 395 g cake and pastry flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 3 tsp food colouring, gel (½ tsp ea. purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red dye)

Frosting

• 300 g white chocolate in pieces
• 100 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 680 g cream cheese, cut into pieces
• 60 g orange liqueur, any type
  atau 60 g orange juice
• 100 g icing sugar
