Ingredients

  • 500g glutinous rice
  • 20g light soya sauce
  • 20g oyster sauce
  • 15g dark soya sauce
  • 10g fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 g oil
  • 35g dried shrimp (soaked 10 mins)
  • 35g dried mushrooms (soaked, cut into strips. Keep mushroom water)
  • 100 g chinese sausages, cut in thin slices
  • 800 g water
  • GARNISHING - Roasted peanut and spring onion
