  • 65g barley, soak in water for 10mins
  • 65g dried beancurd skin (三边腐竹), soak in water when start boiling barley
  • 1 packet gingko nuts (see Hints)
  • 3-4 pandan leaves
  • 1300g water for boiling barley
  • 250g water for gingko nuts
  • Sugar - add to taste
